## ColonBroom Reviews in United States

### **--- "App keeps closing"
I just downloaded the app and it keeps closing and I have to re open the app
-- mh2sbs, 2024-11-27

### *---- "Crashes"
Crashes frequently.
-- Arielred24, 2024-11-03

### *---- "Spin out and crash!"
Just started and first it wanted me to download app. Ok, easy enough. But once I got started, it crashed 3 times. Needs fixed ASAP for iOS 18.1. Or maybe it won’t be intelligent enough for Ai
-- Ksparkman6, 2024-11-01

### ***-- "Crashes a lot"
The app crashes at least once or twice as I am trying to log. Also, reminders don’t work. I have it toggled on but I never get a reminder.
-- Getitttt, 2024-09-25

### ***-- "Great app but fix it please!"
App quit working and won’t verify login. Tried to contact with the send a ticket option and that doesn’t work either. Please fix it- was really finding the app to be a fantastic tool to accompany the product!
-- cmfblfljf, 2024-09-23

### *---- "App works when it wants"
Deleted the app because I can’t use all its functions. The meal plan never loaded up!!
-- Maggy73P, 2024-09-22

### **--- "App quit working"
It was crashing and glitching. Now the app quit working and won’t let me in. I tried to send a ticket and it won’t let me do that either. I tried to create a new profile and it keeps closing out. Could be a good app. Bad bugs this week. Hoping all my progress was saved.
-- AlexaGarbe, 2024-09-22

### *---- "Booo"
Hopefully your product is better than your app. Continually crashes and now it won’t let me back in after repeated password resets
-- gooney579, 2024-09-21

### *---- "App is pointless"
I’m trying to log everything like I’m suppose to so I can keep track of my day to day. Today was the first day I couldn’t log anything. The app wouldn’t let me in to check out my daily goals or add more. And on top of that, when I am able to log in, the app kicks me out every time I log something. It’s very annoying. And I’ve never been able to use the Meal Prep portion. It’s been loading for a week now. It says “this may take up to 5 min” and it’s still spinning. The product itself isn’t cheap. So even tho the app is free, we’re still paying for the service that goes with the app.
-- HannahGradney, 2024-09-21

### **--- "App could be great"
App has the foundation to be very good, but it crashes to often and the meal plan never loads.
-- Needs work on payment, 2024-09-14
