Color Splash lets you give photos a dramatic look by converting them to black and white, while keeping your chosen details in color. This effect draws the viewers' attention to the colored areas, creating striking images.
The intuitive and responsive multi-touch user interface makes Color Splash amazingly easy and fun to use. Use your finger as a brush to "paint" sections of your image black and white, or to bring back the original color. Zooming in and out using the two-finger pinching gesture allows you to work on details with pixel-accuracy.
Features:
- Short tutorial videos explain the use of all features and will have you editing your images in minutes.
- Choose photos to edit from your iPhone photo library or from Dropbox or Flickr.
- Save multiple sessions to resume your work later.
- Email your creations to friends, share them on Flickr or save them to your Dropbox.
- Undo any number of accidental brush strokes.
- An alternative view mode highlights the regions that will remain in color with a red tint. This makes it easier to see and adjust the boundaries between color and black & white regions.
- Choose from 4 different brushes (hard or soft edged, opaque or transparent) and adjust the brush size.
- Hide the toolbars in full screen mode.

Absolute brilliant app .. I love it
Colour Splash
Colour Splash is a truly wonderful photographic tool to focus the attention on your subject matter. So easy to use and creates some really excellent results. Once you try it you will be hooked. 10/10 a must have for every mobile using photographer.

Definitely the best there is out there for this kinda thing, if I’m to be picky the editing of the picture options could be better and the use of sharpening pictures but overall it’s brilliant.
A great app
This app is perfect for my needs. Straightforward to use, I am able to use it flexibly in my chosen photographs. The effects are accurate, enhance features and provide a specific focus when such is required. A great app.

For a free App it’s not too bad at all.
Does this crop images?
If it does crop images I can’t seem to find it on my particular copy. Otherwise I love the way that it can change the hues quickly on a phone. I used to spend hours on old software trying to achieve these sorts of changes!!
Great App
I have been looking for an App like this for some time. I really like being able to highlight colours or objects in a picture. I have used other picture apps for some time, but none have had this facility, unless you want to pay a one off or annual fee. Easy to use also.
Great app, easy to use!!
I spent ages looking for a free colour splash app but ended up wasting so much time due to bad functionality and frequent ad pop ups!! This app gives you greater control over your images and is very cheap.
