退貨處理差，連續兩天詢問退貨進度都沒有回覆。相較之下先前在電商購買同樣是Columbia，處理就積極便捷很多。若價差不大建議還是直接在其他電商平台購買。

客服八成是看到留言，馬上就回覆我的提問。但之後再問問題一樣是五天後都沒人回應。真的是非常差勁的退貨處理流程。只能說在這邊買東西只能期望不用退貨（補充一下，我買的外套官網上是白色來了卻是灰色，令人傻眼⋯⋯）

I installed the application because the message from PTT shows I can get two NTD$500 Coupons during the promotion period. Yes, I did get it after I registered my account via this APP on 7/29/2019. However, two NTD$500 coupons has been removed from my account without any reason in this APP on 7/30/2019. I’m curiously the purpose of APP is to capture the personal data via their promotion announcement. I strong recommended DO NOT to install it!!!
