Zero reporting functionality. There no way to contact anyone or reach out for technical support or account support. I thought it would get better but after a year and a half it has had zero improvements. UPDATES TO ADD: There’s no secure messaging from the app! I can’t message you there so I’m writing this here. LISTEN - to the “developer response” why should I call the 1-800#? You know good and well there’s no Statement features on your app and there hasn’t been since you consumed Columbia Bank. We must physically go into a branch and have them printed out. I’ve taken time out of my day to write this. Fix the issues. Don’t make me call and navigate a phone tree of options. Just look at what every other banking app does and do that. Shameful. -- Triple_O_G, 2024-12-17 ### *---- "Can only view last 5 transactions for checking account" I don’t understand why it’s limited and there’s no way to view any more -- ccm52, 2024-10-06 ### *---- "Problems Never Addressed" Unfortunately, this app fails to provide consistent access to accounts, funds, deposits, and transfers. Umpqua Bank’s mobile app has gone through different iterations and updates but never improved. -- Tobias Allan, 2024-09-03 ### *---- "Terrible" New app is clunky, basic, and generally terrible. You can’t see more than 3 accounts on the home screen, nothing in settings for personalization or anything else, no account details, etc. The old version was far better, and the app for personal accounts is terrific. -- CRM195, 2024-07-26 ### **--- "Landscape on iPad?" The update rotates to portrait on the iPad and will not rotate back to landscape, which makes it unusable on an iPad with a keyboard. This has to be an easy fix. Come on guys. -- Done with this app, 2024-07-22 ### *---- "Name change- can’t log in anymore" I tried to call and get help with this issue and have received zero resolution. When I try to log in and it’s tell me a phone number that is not mine. The temporarily fixed it and when I tried to log back in again, the same thing happened. If I am unable to log in to my app, I will be getting a new business banking account at a different bank. -- Toria D, 2024-06-29 ### *---- "Won’t remember me" I have to completely re-enter my login information every 2-3 days. It won’t “remember me” or “use Face ID”.. It worked better before the most recent update. But now it is a pain. -- HappyApper5, 2024-06-19 ### *---- "Awful" App is garbage. Constantly having to type in user id and password. Never remembers Face ID setup. Unusable. -- Erik Kalifornia, 2024-06-12 ### *---- "Still doesn’t accept a stamped endorsement" Using this app is the lowlight of my day, even more so now with the update. Buggy, slow, gives me random errors when trying to deposit a check, and worst of all this update still doesn’t accept and endorsement stamp. Terrible. -- UniqueNickname104847283, 2024-06-11 ### **--- "New update" Really liked the older layout where you can see all your accounts on one page. Not having it broken up into separate categories. Bummed they went for this layout. Maybe add a tab for all accounts. Would give a better financial picture overall. -- Daily user 6644, 2024-06-08 [View all Columbia Commercial Mobile reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Columbia Commercial Mobile Discovered Keywords - bankiowa mobile business - columbia commercial mobile ## Apps Similar to Columbia Commercial Mobile - [CB Business](https://apptail.io/app/cb-business-iwT/united-states) - [Banner Bank Mobile Banking App](https://apptail.io/app/banner-bank-mobile-banking-app-dbeb/united-states) - [MyOCCU Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/myoccu-mobile-banking-wYqb/united-states) - [Northwest Community eBanking](https://apptail.io/app/northwest-community-ebanking-yjrb/united-states) - [Rogue Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/rogue-credit-union-Bjrb/united-states) - [SELCO Community Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/selco-community-credit-union-Pjrb/united-states) - [Kuto Pay](https://apptail.io/app/kuto-pay-Hsrb/united-states) - [BECU Business](https://apptail.io/app/becu-business-Xtzc/united-states) - [Columbia Bank](https://apptail.io/app/columbia-bank-FgHc/united-states) - [First Comm Credit Union Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/first-comm-credit-union-mobile-GxKc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
