## ColumbiaThreadneedleUK Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Not an improvement"
I hold four junior investment accounts for my four grandchildren.
They were labelled with the child initials. Now in the app they just seem to have the account numbers and they are all my name. It makes it complicated and confusing.
Please could you put back the child allocation initials.

### *---- "Does everything, except work"
One of the things this new app does over the previous app is support biometric login, so no more text messages every time you use it. That’s definitely an improvement. However, once the new app opens, I’ve only ever had “Server error: please try again later.”, which unfortunately makes it useless. Good news though, the old app still works, so I’ll stick with text messages a bit longer I guess.

### *---- "Privacy"
So I can no longer take a screenshot? How do I keep track of the prices etc if I can’t check back?
Not an improvement
