I dont recommended the app just go online or in store

What irritates me more than anything about Columbus Coffee is that they have to add a surcharge if paying by credit card. A large outfit like this has the audacity to implement such is an abomination, whereas much smaller cafes absorb this effrontery without issue !!!

Why can I not reset my password?? My partner tried to register a new card and had huge problems with the app also. I love the Columbus Cafe, but the app is not user friendly at all & needs to be dragged back & redone.

Tried resetting and still nope

I went to go sign up said I was all ready to log in then as soon as I went to go log in it said all information was incorrect. Reset password 3 times before giving up! Such a waste of time!

Had trouble immediately with using this app. Columbus were glad to take my details and the moment I needed to use it everything was not working. I will delete and block all email promotions ,wasted 20 minutes of my day.

I don’t need this app when all it does is show me a record of my cafe purchases.. I need an app that’s like a coffee card and tells me what my rewards can buy me and when!

In the new App you cannot see your transactions like you could before, it’s just blank! Seems pointless having the icon at the bottom but it does nothing.

Keeps saying account is unactive meaning I have to delete the app, redownload & login again...EVERYTIME!!! The moment I close the app, I have to restart the whole process again. Also, it wont let me update my profile as every time it then says I have to contact HO🤦🏻‍♀️

The new app is much better than the old one, however one thing I didn’t like about the old app which the new one hasn’t fixed is there is no way to see what items you can redeem points for, you have to go on the website. It would be much easier to have the points and what they get you on the app
