Everything is alright except the mentioned feature. Missing the basic functionality here.

You have update the app by disabling the version currently what we are using with old iphones , so what you are supposed is we need to by a new iphone that use your PS App it is ok if we are downloading app as new but , Hope you can understand what I explain here.

Got locked all the time and they never answer the hotline number. Terrible

Just bad. Doesn’t load half of the time. Transactions are on hold for too long. And the transaction date and times are completely off. You need to write down your transactions else where and not trust the transaction logs of the app.

Many time crash the app. When made transfer confirm its crash. And many times sessions expires. Better to update this issue

how am i suppose to update if its there no any New update

i have i7. That phone stopped updates from apple. So com bank app need to update 16or later version to login. Please gox this.

This is unacceptable for a banking app. Suddenly raising the minimum requirement to iOS 16 makes it impossible for many customers with perfectly working devices to access their own accounts. Banking is an essential service, not just another app you can replace. Forcing people to buy a new phone just to log in is unfair and irresponsible. at least provide a compatibility update for iOS 15 users, or keep an older version available.
