With recent moves, COM Bank have made the app more convenient and secure. I am overwhelmed by the fact that app prompts if the device is using a less secure Wireless internet source; this is excellent! Furthermore I am delighted that the app is far more convenient than its predecessor versions. However, there were some issues which I noted which in hindsight could be made better. One of them were, while scrolling down for your transactions, the app places the point to the beginning position of the list while I loose my position I was looking into which is rather inconvenient.

With so many resources to make a really useful and user friendly app, what is the point of developing an app that requests you to visit the branch when there’s an issue? I have been using the NTB app which is really good. Take some tips from there if you require. And jeez, just delete this whole app because this is the worst.

This is one of the worst banking apps. Such inconvenience and complications. Doesn’t make life easier in any way. The need to change passwords every few months is such a hectic process where the bank needs to be called and the website should be used. Theres a lot more like this. Absolutely not user friendly

The worst ever banking app comparing with other banking apps in Sri Lanka. I left the Commercial Bank after 16 years being a customer mainly due to this app with worst UX. I have written to them personally to their digital banking email. Now very rarely using as a secondary app.

I recently upgraded my iPhone to iOS 18, only to discover that your app is not supported on this version. This has severely impacted my ability to manage my business operations through the app, which I rely on heavily. As a financial institution, it is your responsibility to ensure your app is compatible with the latest operating systems to avoid such inconveniences for your users. Please provide an immediate resolution or a clear timeline for when the app will be updated.
