I love this game but recently I have lost my account please help but for every thing else great I have 33 hours already on it and it by far the best fps on mobile but please can someone contact me to work this out

I am facing an issue with the combatzone mode it always crash when entering map idk why. i have a powerful enough device i am playing on iphone 12 .
Combat zone don’t work, as soon as I enter the mode, it loads and exits the game!
Evertime I load in a match it kicks me out
This is a really fun game but every time I try loading up combat zone for solos the game kicks me out the entire app please fix this issue
This game is without a doubt the best offline shooting game yet, I saw my friend playing it and I thought it was COD I was shocked to find out that it wasn’t. I downloaded it and tried it out with my Nintendo switch joycons (you can also use ps4 controllers of what I know of) that I Bluetoothed to my iPad I had so much fun playing, the graphics are awesome and mechanics are great! My Favourite part is the fact that parts of the game such as playing matches and customising your gun, DOESNT NEED WIFI/INTERNET! (Other parts such as buying things etc. do require wifi/internet) I only have one request that we get a free pack every week! Thanks have a goodday or goodnight and if u are installing this game or thinking about getting it I recommend that you do install it! LOVE THIS GAME YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO RELEASE MORE GAMES! Please try to make it less laggy for bad iPads somehow.anyways really love the game and very good movement.
