## Comcast Business SmartOffice Reviews in United States

### *---- "New update really bad!"
Go back to the old version this one is not good!
-- makes u write review, 2025-12-18

### *---- "Bloomfield Church"
This app is useless, go back to last version. It worked.
-- BCoC-jn, 2025-12-07

### *---- "Go back to old version"
go back to the old version of this app. The update has bookmarks taking up more than half of the screen. We need to see the camera feeds. We don't need to see a list of times. There's no customization whatsoever. the mobile app only lets you bring up four cameras at a time and you can't choose which one show up in that view. What were the developers thinking? This is so much worse.
-- j kty, 2025-11-17

### *---- "PLEASE update the app"
I don’t want to get new cameras before the holidays but we cannot see the sales floor on our phones anymore. The new layout keeps the cameras tiny and the movement log huge.
-- thediamonddepotslc, 2025-11-09

### *---- "Cameras constantly offline"
Since update I can’t get the system to function from the app
-- freakingoutman, 2025-11-08

### *---- "Update"
I'm happy to see everyone else's complaints about the update. Listen to us and change it back or you're going to lose everyone's business.
-- platypiss3563, 2025-10-31

### *---- "Owner"
Like old version this one is the original old one never liked please change back or I am leaving you
-- Me bigvbb, 2025-10-23

### *---- "Horrible update"
The update feels like a first draft at of the app, not fully functional. I want the old version restored IMMEDIATELY. Too many bugs. Camera resolution is blurry. Who asked for this??
-- fashionpills, 2025-10-23

### *---- "Comcast Smart Office"
The internet and WiFi work good but the cameras are only clear for about 30 feet and the app is terrible. The time grid fails to flag motion events. On the Smart Office web page they claim to have 24/7 support but on July 4th and 5th 2020 I tried to get help with the app and only got a recorded message saying they were experiencing high call volumes and to call back later. I am not happy with the service and will not recommend it to anyone.
-- Mrmodelcars, 2025-01-02

### **--- "Constant trouble!"
Can’t get this app to work or switch between cameras. It’s stuck on one camera and can’t get it to move to another. Time to look at another provider for Internet and cameras!
