### ****- "Hourly pricing"
App is great an all, I’d would be great to also have access to hourly pricing even in the “storm” mode. Otherwise how else can I check it?
-- IamKamil83, 2026-08-09

### *---- "Not reliable"
I received a bill, and it had 104.72 taken off, due to receiving my deposit back. 2 weeks later, I received a bill saying i hadn’t paid my bill on time… I owed 104.72. I have never ever been late on any bill and this is truly ridiculous.
-- Jusant1019, 2026-08-09

-- kceliaa, 2026-08-07

### *---- "Terrible service"
I am trying to open or move my account but no physical office, only way to reach them is by calling and right now I am waiting on the line for 2 hours so far in my car without electricity in my apartment… Disgusting customer service and when I try to get call back they say it’s full omg awful experience
