i love this browser. it’s simple, but fast and cool, especially with the design revolving around space and astronomical themes, hence the name “Comet” (haha get it). it works well, but i wish there was an option to add favorites.

i first heard of it on pc with a Discord quest. i tried it for the orbs then it became my go-to browser, completely replacing Chrome, Opera GX, Edge, and everything else. i use Perplexity a lot and i find it useful, soon downloading it on iOS. then, a month later i’d seen the little popup for Comet on iOS, and never “pre-ordered” it so fast.

As the title says, this option is available for the MacOS version but unfortunately not in the iPad OS version. However not only that, they need to bring tab grouping functions and also TAB MENTIONS as well. I like Comet browser to use on MacBook but if these small issues are fixed for the iPad one I would make it as my default one. Please bring Bookmarks, and dark modes and basic necessities like the Mac version one.

No need to fear creepy Google spying on you or having deep ties with US. Government & intelligence agencies. I’m sure there’s some issues here too but this browser is super clean, fast and has Perplexity AI built in which is top AI next to Grok. Keep cooking!

This browser will eventually be a 10/10 but it's just not ready for primetime quite yet. I've had multiple crashes, websites hanging, and other inconveniences. 

For Perplexity users, I recommend sticking with Brave Browser with Perplexity set as the search engine in the app's settings. At least until Comet gets polished up more.

Browser works very well in IPhone and Laptop. It works erratically on IPad. Some sites show that the browser needs to remove add blocks when no ad block is installed. Furthermore, I don’t want history of search (via google or other search engine) to show in the history of perplexity AI. Finally, need a quick button to add favorites
