Finally internet

Fluffy joker69 on

United States

Thank goodness for Fybe, the only other internet in Gates, NC was with the local phone company & it was terrible. The very top of the line was 10mbps but was lucky to get 8mbps…if it was working. Thankfully this internet has been installed, it’s awesome. I even told my neighbor & she signed up that day, to get away from her poor service. I know living in the country comes with challenges but we shouldn’t have to get robbed or have poor service. Thank you, FYBE.

Real Parental Control

We love being able to actually control who gets on the system and set limits AND be able to shut it down, if necessary.

Easy and dependable

zthat on

United States

The app almost always works and has few glitches. Only thing I’ve found I don’t like, is that I cannot find where to view parental control features. Other than that it’s pretty simple and user friendly.

UCS has been a leading provider in internet providers and there Command IQ APP lets you see and change your internet service on your phone.

Useful Info

Pappy Too on

United States

We recently had ClearWave fiber optic internet install. Command IQ app was installed along with the service to help see who and what devices is connected to WiFi. The information has been both interesting and useful. With the restrictions capabilities I can make sure our grandkids don’t inadvertently access websites they should not be exposed to.

Device Names No Longer Allow Spaces

Hawk4974 on

United States

Since a recent update the app will no longer allow spaces in modified names of devices in the list. Worked previously and old device names with spaces still exist. Lack of spaces messes with sorting alphabetically and also readability.

Worst app ever created

Tara1winter on

United States

This app worked once. When the update occurred , I could not log in to the app. First it told me if I forgot my password to reset it via email. I gave the my email address and they sent a link to reset. I still could not log on. Then I waited and tried a week later and not it says the email address is not listed. Once you scan the QR code again on the back of the router it says to contact your internet provider, I did contact them and they suggested I not use the app. A IT technician even say this app is a pick of junk.
