The worst app I've ever used!

CommBiz is the worst app I’ve ever used!!! Today I tried to generate token password via CommBiz, but he CommBiz app flashed back for a lot of times even I restarted my phone. Then I deleted and reinstalled CommBiz but it said I’ve already activated an iPhone with the details I have to re-activate again rather than log on again!!! One month ago, I suddenly cannot generate token password because it said my physical token was activated somehow due to the system issue!! The app is a trash as well as the CommBank!!!! Service is poor too!!!!

Possibly the worst app I have ever used. Definitely the worst banking app on the market. It is obvious that behind the scenes is the old school “green screen” program is running. A company that makes billions in profit and ignores its business customers. Not good. I would recommend banking with another bank.

Cmon guys just read the comments - I don’t need to add anything. Either you have other priorities than business customers or the cost of producing a half decent banking app for business is a lot of money. Your earnings are in the billions - I reckon your losing customers right now because of this

Combiz should be called out as the biggest inhibitor to productivity! It’s a tired old, and now you can’t even type a password into it to start the nightmare of navigating this piece of rubbish. Macquarie here we come!

Can’t even start it, it crashes immediately and restarting the phone doesn’t help. If I could leave -10 for all the CBA software I would!

When this pile of rubbish actually works and is not constantly crashing it’s one of the worst user experiences I’ve had the misfortune to endure. I can’t say got much I hate this app. CBA - spend a tiny fraction of your massive profits and fix this abomination.

I’ve had to reinstall this app probably 20’times in two years because it constantly crashes. And I only use it for the token password. CBA - dump this app and use a authentication app from MS OR GOOGLE or allow text notifications for approvals pls.

Business Customers are low priority

This App is well overdue for a rebuild. Authorisation Descriptions on the App are truncated and too short for you to see what payouts you are authorising. If you select up to 12 authorisations at once to authorised, the App’s spinner just spins and spins and never processes. This tells me Commbank’s Business Customers are low priority to Commbank. The bank is making large profits while the CommBiz App is poor. As an App UX Designer and business owner, I am happy to resesign it for you. Get in touch with me.
