I used to be able to use this app, it was pretty straightforward. A lot of the times it would bug out or would take forever to load up a certain section of items, but it was super convenient. Now I can’t even send my order in to the deli, as I get an error message saying that “the API key provided does not have write permissions”. This app needs some serious reworking, I was hoping this issue would be fixed by now; it’s been months.
I have been able to order something exactly one time out of the probably 20 times I’ve tried over multiple weeks. The app does one of the following: Very slow Doesn’t load at all Crashes Doesn’t add the item to cart The cart removes the item The place order button either doesn’t work or doesn’t even load I could probably write a script using chatgpt, on an old Nokia cell phone using T9word by the time this app works correctly. Guess I’ll go stand in the 30 minute line.
This app is good in theory but in actual use it has totally missed the Mark. Placing an order and getting confirmation that it is in process to then get to the store and they say they never got the order is worthless. The whole point of ordering in the app is to have it ready when I get there. But I’ve used this app 4 times and each time that has not happen. So if you can’t fix the app then just remove it from the app store because at this point it’s truly a waste of time to even try to use it👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾.
Nothing happened after I verified my phone number. Then when reattempting it says my number didn’t validate
Used the app to pre-order 4 large sandwich trays and 3 ft subs for an appreciation lunch. No issues with placing the order, app even let me know when my order was complete. HOWEVER the app allowed me to place the order for something my local commissary dis not have the capability to do, I called for 40 minutes straight to contact the commissary to confirmation the order had been started and could not get a hold of anyone in the Deli, Customer Service or Grocery Manager offices, I show up to pick up my order that the app indicated was “complete” an NOTHING had been done 🥺
There are only a few locations available to order your deli meat from. This would have been helpful to know before downloading the app to begin with. This has tons of potential until then , it shouldn’t even get one star.
Great idea but it seems like when you order there is no process to when they make the sandwich. Both times I ordered ahead, I sent my order in 10-15 mins before arriving. Ended up waiting 15 mins after I arrived to get my sandwich and watched people who ordered, at both the kiosk and in person, after I arrived get their food before us. Watched as my online order just sat there as they kept taking other orders first. Also there is no way to change the cheese or make any comments like adding salt and pepper or oil. Recommend just ordering when you het there regardless of length to the line because it’ll be faster and you can customize.
The closest store to my home is McChord. I use Smokey Point Commissary in Marysville. This app is useless for my needs
Most of the time the app will allow you to get your order into the shopping cart, but then it forces you to re-login again when you go to check out, and then you’re stuck in this loop where you can’t get back to the shopping cart - the app is a sad waste of your time
