With the app you can: ● Access the CommonSpirit Patient Portal, which includes access to MyChart ● View recent test results and visit summaries
 ● Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments ● Send and receive secure messages with your medical provider ● Pay your bill and review statements ● Track relevant health information, such as weight, through your HealthKit account The CommonSpirit App is a simple, secure way to access recent health info. There are different CommonSpirit apps available depending on where you receive care. This version is for AR, GA, KY, TN, and parts of TX. This app is ok, nothing special. Just like the other apps. A lot of old medical info is in there as current info which is confusing to both patient and providers. Too many text messages and emails. Many people will complain or give low ratings, they want to be able to contact their doctor. Imagine a day that begins with paperwork, probably ends with it too. All day is paper, computers, the phone. At quitting time wouldn’t you want a break from it all? Out of 500 patients 15% of those probably have mental problems and only half of those know they do. 75 mental, the portal, in the morning the messages begin. Bessie woke not feeling well, her stomach was upset (diarrhea) She decided to ask Dr. Igottime if she should wait to take her water pill. Edna, bruised her leg on the coffee table, not serious enough to be seen for but not really sure. While she ask she might as well ask about her daughters acne. Fred, Hi Dr. Igottime, will an infected mosquito cause a man to not be able to pee if bit a bunch? I been out working on the tractor and didn’t have any repellent. The bites are gone now but ever since Monday, right after I made ice tea I haven’t been able to pee good. Carl, Hi Doc I just wanted to ask is cucumber worms bad for my health? 133 messages lower, Today the messages are over! Tomorrow they begin again. I understand, And I want to message my Doctor sometimes but thats all they would have time for if they did it. Can we have someone pre-read the messages for the doctor? Love the app considering all that, lots of effort went into it and it shows. Composing & finding the details that need to be said can take 5-15 minutes. However this app keeps timing out the message portion and only keeps half of what I typed in the draft copy. I was kicked out 5x just to write 4 longish sentences. It is so easy to use and so informative. Springwoods Village is my absolute go to place. They have fantastic Drs and equipment for everything. The app offered to connect me to the phone number, so I used it. It called the ladies in the lab, not the scheduling. She gave me another number to call. The automated answering at that number didn’t give me the option to connect to the facility where I was scheduled, so I chose the main campus. I then had to go through 20 questions to identify myself before the man would cancel the appointment. It took 15 minutes to cancel an appointment, when it should have taken 5 or less.
