## Communicate By Smokeball Reviews in United States

### *---- "Useless"
Crashes all the time.
-- spedAttorney, 2025-11-29

### **--- "Glitchy"
Crashes. Won’t open. Must shut down and re open constantly. Freezes. Terrible.
-- VRC124, 2025-01-09

### *---- "Needs work."
This is functional on the desk top (though I wish I could paste a screen shot directly into the message instead of attaching it).

On the iPhone App I can only read messages. I can type but when I hit enter or send but nothing happens.
-- Randommom, 2024-03-20

### *---- "Horrible app"
I can’t see the conversation between the lawyer and I.
-- BigChungus 3, 2024-02-01

### *---- "Junk"
Love when I am supposed to be using this app for communication with my lawyer, and it will not even open half of the time.
-- Lphillips02, 2023-06-13

### **--- "2023"
It’s 2023 this app should scale on an iPad.
-- Coffeecup321, 2023-04-21

### **--- "Used by my layer - PITA"
My lawyer has been using this and I hate it. Recently sent me 5 files and no matter how I click or swipe, I cannot download.

I cannot find a website for this company so no help available.

I fully understand why it only got 2.7 stars.
-- TedT-CA, 2022-11-30

### *---- "This App drives me crazy"
My clients struggle with it. It’s disjointed and the only ppl I can respond or send messages to are those that are listed at the top of my search. When I try to search for a name the app just spins or buffers or whatever. Lately I’ve had to constantly open and close the app to get it to refresh. I expect more from Smokeball
-- Msdenise6, 2022-10-31

### ***** "Game changer"
So far so good. This makes it very easy to communicate with clients and I like how everything is in one place!
-- LolSupTay, 2022-10-20

### **--- "Only downside"
I love Smokeball. But the communicate app is sub par. Needs work
-- Lori197808, 2022-08-22
