Bad app

This app is terrible, I cannot go two weeks without the online account crashing and I have to go to the bank for 30 minutes everytime to restart it

TERRIBLE!!!!

First off too many layers of security every single time you log in. Second it logs you so you do not even get a chance to see what’s in your account. This app is terrible I’m changing banks.

My card always offline

New feature but bad service! My debit card always off already more than 3 times called customer service none of them could help, beside when weekends no one can help when you have problems with your card or bank transaction because none people available on the phone, What bank was that none of people available on weekends?! Even for phone service? Smh

App was working fine until tonight. It keeps crashing.
