Very frustrating, the only thing I really need from my bank and most of the time I have to come back and check hours later and hope its online. -- peepeeheadguy, 2023-05-16 ### *---- "Frustrating" It’s hard to get into the app. If you manage it, half the time it throws you out mid transfer. It is horrible! -- LuckyTMonk, 2021-10-21 ### *---- "Won’t let me update." It won’t let me update it. It just keeps loading then not loading. It doesn’t even tell me anything it just stops. So now I can’t get in on the app. -- _bstuff_, 2020-09-18 ### *---- "Frustrating app" I have to call and reset my password every time I want to get in the app. -- Bahab1astboi, 2020-07-07 ### *---- "Depositing checks" I had deposited two checks on March 20th and thought they went through(pending). I had no notification that they “failed” to go through. I found out over a week later that they didn’t deposit. Now I’m repeatedly trying to re-deposit those checks and the mobile deposit is way too sensitive since I’ve tried over 10 times. If there’s any way to fix the mobile deposit and the notifications so I know the checks went through successfully. -- yelhsaec, 2020-04-01 ### *---- "Good app but" It’s a good app but it keeps logging me out and I have to change my password I’ve had to change it multiple times now please fix -- Eminacoco1939, 2020-03-28 ### ***** "Review" Really like this app that I can access with my fingertip much faster thanks for adding this feature -- Renaurd, 2020-02-10 ### *---- "App doesn’t work??" The app won’t let me even login? It takes me back to the screen where it says to verify my email every single time, but never sends an email to my account. All my information is correct. -- Oliviab0723, 2019-10-22 ### ***** "Mobile deposits" Living in Dallas keeping an Iowa bank account is easy using CSB Mobile app. -- Mr. Rittmaster, 2019-06-18 [View all Community State Bank Personal reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
