## Commute with Enterprise Reviews in United States

### *---- "App does not work"
Constant crashes app does not let me input any information it redirect you to the website to where you have to do everything
-- Roach3006, 2025-03-01

### *---- "Not Good"
This app no longer works it keeps saying no internet connection
-- janetli921, 2025-02-25

### ***-- "Login issues"
Hate that I have to login every time I open the app and then log in again if the app sends me to your website
It should at least have face recognition

I should be able to record past trips on the app
-- Duke94561, 2024-08-03

### **--- "Confusing"
App is very confusing, as I have a vanpool of 15 people. When I split the amount to pay, it does not always show up. Then when the rider pays, it does not show they owe less. Need to maybe check into seeing why that is happening and if can be changed. Keeping up with all this and o make sure people do not overpay is somewhat time consuming. May also be how we are being invoiced, but have a call into our account manager to figure it out.
-- CommuteKm, 2024-06-10

### *---- "Doesn’t save Card info"
It has a option to save the card info but never saves it! So everytime I need to make a payment I have to enter my card info all over again.
-- Bigtone45, 2024-05-29

### ***-- "App login"
Please make the app use facial recognition for log in.
-- Jeremie C, 2024-02-07

### ****- "login"
Not bad, but there is no face ID for login
-- yak sailor, 2023-05-02

### ***** "Easy Transaction"
Thanks for creating a painless app to use!
-- 95lbBalls, 2022-05-05

### ***** "Remark"
I love riding this van very clean smell fresh driver drives with caution they are on time to put you up. Yes I will give it a high marking
