## Compass Reviews in United States

### *---- "Lots of bad design choices"
Can only see 25 of my matches on the map.
Can’t see just favorites on the map.
Can’t dislike, comment on, or request tours from individual listings; you can only do this by scrolling through all the matches to find the listing you were viewing.
If you zoom into a photo by pinching, good luck getting it to stay open—the app will close the photo if you move your fingers ever so slightly down.

Overall very frustrating and so much tapping into and out of different views
-- I Really Don't Care, 2024-12-23

### ***** "Must Have"
Outstanding real estate app! Apple easy, google smart, very user friendly. Search, create and share list/collection of homes with your family, friends, and real estate agent. If you’re selling your home save a search for your neighborhood to keep an active watch on your competition.
-- mckee0412, 2024-12-10

### ****- "Great with a Few Bugs"
I like that it shows all property history from sales that are sometimes over 20 years ago, including photos. The property information is laid out much nicer than Zillow. Whenever I am in the Zillow app looking at properties outside my Compass matches, I find myself wishing I was in the Compass app instead.
The comments section where I can message back and forth with my agent is very buggy. It only displays one line to type into and it’s really difficult to go back to the previous line to change some text. The text control also collapses back to the bottom of the screen when I try to select a word or try to copy or paste, which is extremely frustrating.
On the iPad, the app becomes unresponsive and locks up frequently (mostly when opening it).
-- ChrisCrowley, 2024-11-26

### *---- "Hard to use"
This app needs major work. Clicking on Maps from collections doesn’t load all the listings in that view. Jumps first to Chicago or Europe? No way to comment from search results. Scrolling is not smooth. So frustrating to use. Please try to use this app to actually look for a house, developers, and then overhaul this thing!
-- Beccala85, 2024-11-25

### **--- "I really want to like this app…"
It has a clean layout and great filters to search for properties, but it would be great if this new update didn’t crash every time I open it…
-- Colonial213, 2024-11-07

### *---- "Love compass features but the app keeps crashing"
I prefer Compass over StreetEasy in NYC but the app keeps crashing
-- DineshG80, 2024-11-02

### ***** "Compass helped me find my house!"
First-time homebuyer here, and I used all the home search apps I could find (Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, Homes.com, etc). Compass was by far the most helpful in my hunt! The level of detail provided on each home, the coming soon properties, and the ease of use in the app really elevated my homebuying experience. Thanks to Compass, I finally found my first home! Highly recommend!
-- Ze_Mole, 2024-10-30

### *---- "iOS 18"
Ever since the upgrade to iOS 18 the app is unusable. It’s been updated, I think, like 3 times and gets more and more unusable. Not sure why other apps with iOS 18 support are functioning correctly but this one isn’t.
-- Smizzman, 2024-10-26

### ****- "I like the app. However, I have the following suggestions:"
I like the app. However, I have the following suggestions:
1. Fix the crashing bug.
2. It would be great to hide unwanted listings from the map view. And/or change the color of already viewed homes.
3. Ability to exclude 55+ from search.
4. Ability to save various search settings.
5. Ability to tier or group favorites list.
6. Ability to create a tour list.
7. A button to request disclosures.

Thanks.

### ***** "Love it - dark mode please"
My favorite realty app. Would like it more if dark mode was offered
