## Compass Wifi Heat Pump Reviews in United States

### *---- "Crashes at login"
Every time I try to use the app on iOS, after login it flashes ‘loading’ for a few seconds and then disappears.
-- Bartelby and Loki, 2025-05-18

### *---- "Poor quality"
Keeps disconnecting
-- lolipoproseskangaroos, 2025-02-28

### *---- "Goes offline and no way to add more than one user"
Will no reconnect to wifi - have to trip circuit breaker to get back online. And no way to add additional users.
-- Fjrirufrifhfhru, 2024-12-15

### *---- "Offline 90% of the time."
This thing says it’s offline almost all the time. Even when it is online it doesn’t want to sync. You have to change the setting 3 or 4 times before it applies. Plus it has no scheduling functionality which is just ludicrous.
-- Daylight viewer, 2024-01-20

### *---- "Not reliable"
I would like the app if it worked as stated every single day it says the server is not responding check back later. It does work occasionally but that is not what I need. No reliability. This app is offline more than on and fails when I need it to work.
-- RUCRZY2, 2023-06-22

### *---- ".. not good"
I can’t great user name.
-- vados cocosss, 2023-06-22

### ***** "Best Value On The Market for Wi-Fi Heat Pump Control"
The app is very intuitive. It has functionality superior to other higher price options. Once connected, it’s very reliable. Has a great set up wizard. Very easy to assign ownership of the thermostat even if the owner is not present.
-- ORL-Property-MGR, 2023-03-01

### ****- "Great app but…"
Great app over all. One request I would make is, please add a schedule option!!!
