Your device is fantastic. Helped start a new company a while back. The Compass allows me to think and not write everything down. I believe it will make me so much more productive. Still learning the “How to” operations but what a start! Thanks for this fantastic product.

1st it took five months to receive it. 2nd it will not charge at all, and I can’t get it to turn on to connect to my phone highly disappointed, especially for the price

At the beginning my necklace took more then 4 months to arrive I was trying to communicate with vendors and I had no response. After trying more then 6 times I had scam so I resigned but saddendly arrived and I started using it it came with a piece of paper that had a QR than scanned and downloaded the app I went to visit my first client and put it to work I was amazed how recorded all my conversations summarized everything and provided me with location of the meeting and bullet point of the main points of the conversation as well as the follow ups and actions to be taken I’m so happy to hive this thing it saves me so much time I use this for my meetings with me employees before to start e project My weekly meetings with my staff and meetings with my clients

Mine doesn’t work and the company has gone silent about replacing. We finally had to dispute the credit card charge.

There aren’t any instructions and it’s always dead. That and they just keep prompting me to sign for $170. Not sure what the deal is. Super weird

Been using it almost a year now. Updates have been really fast and really excited to see where this goes!

First, it took 2 months to get, second, when I finally received it, it lasted for 7 hours. I’ve used it everyday for 7 days, and it’s completely dies after 7 hours of use. I’m not in meetings all day, I sit at my desk mostly. The company is extremely difficult to get in touch with. No customer service whatsoever. They have nobody to call, only text and emails. Will never recommend this product.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really love my compass. It’s given me so much of my life back, because (as long as it’s on and it’s connected) I feel relieved knowing that I’ve got a daily journal to look back on with all of my meeting notes, reminders, appointments, “little things I said I would do,” and just like the little details that i often overlooked just being so lost in the day to day life. My relationships and my mental health have improved, and I can focus on “being” and living my life rather than feel the constant pressure from my thoughts that tell me I have to write this down, and I have to remember this, and I have to do that, etc etc. also just leveraging AI technology for myself, I’ve learned how to find ways to work with myself, rather than against the grain, and I think the doors that this device open are a little scary, but I’ve learned a lot about myself and have grown so much since I started using it- so thank you! And huge shout out to the developers for consistently working on this technology, being extremely open and responsive to feedback, and always upgrading and improving the technology.

I️ was disappointed to learn that it costs so much to subscribe and you only have 14 days to return and customer service is very slow.

Update: it now does a VERY good job transcribing, and the ability to ask it anything about my history is amazing. Stays connected better now too. When it does lose connection, (usually due to moving away from my phone), a single tap on the notification on my phone is all it needs to reconnect. That said, I’m really hoping future versions of the device find a way to have a recording cache saved on the device, because I want to be able to move away from my phone for an hour or more sometimes. I’m leaving this at five stars because I’m really confident that’s where it’s headed. Original Review: It does a a pretty good job transcribing, and the battery lasts all day long. It has trouble with staying connected but it sounds like something that the dev team thinks they can fix so I’m optimistic.
