## Complement Well Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Needs Facebook to use the community feature"
I’m not sure if I’ll keep the app now that I see one of its major features, the community, is nothing more than a link to Facebook. No way I’ll have an account there nor would I share anything personal on that site.

The recipes I’ve seen so far all take 30 or more minutes, so nothing that I’ll be using after my in-office days.
-- AGBVA2, 2024-02-19

### *---- "When I open the meal plan part, it juststays on load forever really want to use the app"
Everything else works except for the meal plan page. It just sits and loads and never opens the weight loss section. Can you guys fix this? I really want to use this app
-- oliviawabel, 2023-09-11

### ***-- "Great idea but frustrating interface"
I love this company and I love what they do! Unfortunately there seem to be some bugs with the app. For example, it is difficult to send photos to the nutritionist. I can select “choose photo,” and then I can add the photo, but then when I try to SEND the photo it won’t let me scroll down to hit send. Very frustrating because I can see the edge of it but not the whole thing, and when I try to send it I can’t see what I’m doing.
-- Amber CS, 2023-08-23

### **--- "Meal plan issues"
I was excited about the meal plans, but you can’t open the meals to see recipes. You click through to a blank page and can’t revert to the app without force closing it. Also, the food for each plan looks to be essentially identical with different calorie levels, all of which are too high for me. All of that would still be ok if I could see the recipes.
-- Akeys77, 2023-04-16

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Think this may just be a scam.
-- trashqueen66618, 2022-11-14

### **--- "Meal Plan Doesn’t Work"
This app is definitely much better than their older versions, but the meal plan still doesn’t work. Once on the meal plan page, it’s just a blank page and there’s no way to maneuver back to the home page. You have to close the app every time. Also, there’s no option to change the password that was provided by Complement.
-- CecilBautistaCrudo, 2022-09-21

### ***** "WFPB Info for the Win!"
I love the Complement Well app for the awesome WFPB recipe ideas! The idea of a nutritionist in my pocket is super exciting too for all my health/exercise goals!
-- MurphyTC, 2022-01-10

### *---- "Not as expected"
I was very excited about this app, as I got great benefits from Matt Frazier’s No Meat Athlete books/website. Even though I am already 100% WFPB, and said so on the quiz, the app still expected me to go through the 4 week transition phase. I was most interested in the coach function, but she never responded to my question.
-- B-2dog, 2021-08-05

### ***-- "Frustrating interface"
So far, I haven’t been able to use the app because there no way to manipulate the display - no zoom, scroll, or change of orientation - so I can’t “save” information I’ve added. It’s very frustrating when you see the very edge of the “Next” button but have no way to click it.
-- runnerIL, 2021-01-06

### ***** "Evidence-based and thoughtful about behavior change"
This is amazing. The app empowers you to reach your goal and to sustain a healthy life. The coaches are an incredible resource. This app is wonderful and a tool for you to make your life better.
