A few years ago I bought one time license for using this app. Now they canceled it for no reason and wanna subscribe me… What the hell? That is how you are value your users?

Broken App for Windows 10
I use your platform in Windows 10. But when I tap the button “speaker” for sounding of name item , App closed suddenly. Why ?

This app was great until they partnered with Elsevuer and now I can’t get into the account I paid for.
Registration flow broken
This app requires registration, but the registration flow is broken (it hangs on the “Choose your profile photo” step). Pretty amateurish for a major publishing house if you ask me.
