The Complete Jewish Bible, as the name suggests, is a version of the Bible designed to reflect its Jewish origins and context. It was translated by David H. Stern, a Messianic Jewish theologian, and scholar. This translation aims to capture the Jewishness of the Bible, preserving the original Hebrew names and Jewish idioms. ## Complete Jewish Bible - CJB Reviews in United States

### ***** "Good purchase"
I have not used this extensively, but I have used it enough to know that I am happy that I purchased it. I like that when I open it up one day and close it and then reopen the next day. It opened where I left off at. The app also seems to run very smoothly and has many options
-- balley49, 2025-01-27

### *---- "CJB"
I am very disappointed that the electronic version of the CJB that I down loaded contains unsatisfactory ads or even ads at all! I have had the hardcover CJB for many years, and I can’t believe that David Stern would have ever allowed such such a demeaning approach that so diminishes his work, and goes against the spirit of any biblical teaching! I realize you can purchase an ad free version, but whatever happened to the biblical teaching of providing biblical resources free of charge, like my faith that has had a long history of doing with similar high end publications? I hope you will at least change the type of ads associated with this current online version immediately! Best wishes!
-- DAVIDDWP, 2024-10-09

### *---- "You allowed the devil to rip Scripture right out of the Word of YHWH!"
The CJB has been my go to for years! You turncoats! May the Book of Revelation Chapter 22 be your portion least you Repent! You will stand before Yeshua in this! All of you!

Matthew 17:21
-- AumanFamily, 2024-06-04

### ****- "Great app but…"
Where are the weekly Torah and Haftarat reading guides that you find in the hard copy and other digital versions of this Bible?
-- Pasta Alfredo, 2024-04-28

### ***-- "Song of Solomon is missing"
This should be titled “The “Almost Complete Jewish Bible” since SoS is missing entirely. I have mentioned it several times but no responses. They fixed the missing verses from one of the books immediately! And I really like the Bible as a whole.
-- Eph210, 2024-04-25

### ***** "Reading Complete Jewish Bible"
This Bible has really opened my eyes to the truth. I want to praise and worship my Heavenly Father by his correct name when praying. Yahweh is his name. And his precious son by his real name. Yashuah Hamaschiach. Wonderful reading.
