Billions of dollars go into algorithms designed to capture your time, attention, and energy. Leaving you stressed, unfulfilled, and stuck in a loop you can't seem to break. You wake up, and the first thing you do is scroll. You get ready for bed, and the last thing you do is scroll. Life passes by, one more scroll at a time. Your phone should feel like a tool, not a reflex. When you open an app that pulls you into the void, Compose makes you write a short journal entry first. Then the choice is yours: stay focused, take a short break, or carry on. The gate is intentionally easy to cross. That's the point. A hard block can stop one scroll. Compose gives you something to build instead: a journal of what was happening each time you reached for your phone. Every entry becomes part of your story, one that grows more useful over time. Compose automatically organizes the people, places, emotions, activities, and topics in your writing. It reconnects related moments, asks thoughtful follow-up questions, and brings recurring themes and changes into view. This adds up to lasting change. A few sentences a day can ease stress, build self-awareness, help you notice the small moments, and be more present. With Compose, you can: • Block selected apps, websites, and categories • Create focus profiles and schedules • Write with curated, custom, and follow-up prompts • Find entries even when you can't remember the exact words • Revisit connected moments • Discover long-term themes, patterns, and insights • Receive quotes and affirmations shaped by your journal • Export or delete your entries whenever you like App blocking and journaling are always free. Compose isn't about giving up your phone. It's about using it on purpose and keeping more of your attention for the life around you. ## Compose Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/fa/2e/f5/fa2ef5cd-192c-facf-f70f-2d973e88f65b/01-block.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/c3/b9/a5/c3b9a544-7d09-99ce-5b45-b34572c7a0fb/02-journal.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/f3/df/3e/f3df3e19-5b52-3c5b-62f0-d09dd5e769e1/03-automatically.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/a8/63/35/a8633537-ca3f-8838-f77a-d82b831360df/04-discover.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/23/86/33/23863332-e7fb-9ba7-bc52-efd120cdaf28/05-control.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/0b/c7/1a/0bc71a13-4bbc-3c99-053b-a8c22dde29c0/06-personalized.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/1b/b4/a1/1bb4a19c-628a-5f84-3a84-b555b7f21592/07-private.png/1242x2688.png) ## Compose Rating Breakdown in United Kingdom - 5 stars: 9 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Compose Reviews in United Kingdom ### ***** "Excellent app" This app has been really useful. Such an easy way to build a habit of checking in with oneself daily.
