Most of the time it does not work .Waste of money with ADT
-- Ken G K, 2025-10-24

### *---- "Terrible app avoid any system that uses this"
Out of date app looks like something developed in the 90’s, very poor functionality when it works, far too many bugs, poor performance and worst user experience for an app in decades.
-- Sean.uk, 2025-10-10

### *---- "Absolute garbage!"
I would never had paid thousands for a Concept Pro system had I known this app was so bad! Stay away from their products!
-- Mikey-79, 2025-06-25

### *---- "Terrible"
Such an awful app, is slow to connect, loses connection all the time & the UI and gestures are terrible.

This app brings the image of Concept Pro down to the levels of an inide company but even they’d code a better app than this.
-- repititionoffset, 2025-03-24

### *---- "Rubbish app"
Totally not working rubbish app.
-- bdf1334)678£/, 2024-10-13

### *---- "ADT cctv app that is hopeless"
The app has now stopped working completely. Last time it stopped I had to pay £180 to get an ADT engineer to fix the problem. Previously the CCTV recorder was subject to a ddos attack that brought my internet to its knees. I would not recommend this app
-- DCG8888, 2024-10-07
