Utter rubbish
This app is just utter rubbish. Won’t connect to a Concord CNK8224WPB-A 8 channel system with just 1 camera connected. HTTPS is not functional. Can only connect via http. No cameras will show in iOS 16+ at all. Dreadful setup interface and QR setup is non functional. Don’t waste y time with this app. September 2023.
Offline more than Online
You guys really need to do some work in this thing. I can be standing next to my wifi and be holding the camera in my hand and still it says offline. I should have done a lot more homework, if you read this, stay far far away until these guys pick their act up and fix these known issues. Waste of money!

Can not see my cameras
Not user friendly
Have nothing nice to say really! Only one camera worked, batteries wouldn’t charge, had to do a factory reset (to no avail). Took the whole system back and asked for our money back and purchased a much more user friendly system (and brand) that actually works!

Can people access your app and get into yr cams or can other people get the app and access yr cams as I’ve not put mine online yet is there any way to find out if someone has or can. Mark

YOU PURCHASE THIS CONCORD WITH ABSOLUTE PERIL , AND WILL WASTE ALL YOUR MONEY . THE SOFTWARE IS TOTAL NIGHTMARE ONCE YOU SELECT A PASSWORD , FORMAT , AND REBOOT YOU CANNOT CHANGE . INSTEAD OF ONE PASSORD FOR COMLETE SYTEM YOU MUST CONSTANTLY ENTER WITH MOUSE A PASSWORD FOR ANY CHANGES TO ANY OF THE PARAMETERS TO EACH VIDEO OUTLET. MAY BE IN THE FUTURE ANY BUSINESS THAT PRODUCES THIS TRASH INSTEAD OF FINANCIAL PENALTIES , THE DIRECTORS , AND EMPLOYEES FACE JAIL TIME - THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP RIP OFF JUNK HITTING THE MARKETS !
