Tested and Predictable offering performance

I received the expected return for my investments. Due to some negative reviews on the App Store, I requested a withdrawal of my full account. This money was returned at the rate of time as explained in the terms. I am happy with the platform and offerings and have returned to using them.

Having navigated the investment industry for over 25 years, I've encountered a broad variety of personal finance platforms. I am a user of the platform and it excels with its user-friendly design and its progressive approach to real estate investing. Creating a profile, establishing investment goals, and actually beginning to invest can all be accomplished in mere minutes.

Easy and reliable access to real estate investing

I have been investing with Concreit for over a year now and I love this app! They have made investing in real estate super easy and profitable. This is the only app that gives me a weekly dividend payout, which is a huge bonus for me. It’s also great to see the actual properties that my money is invested in. Several of my friends and family have joined as well and I’m happy to recommend Concreit to anyone looking to diversify their investments.

Been about a year now since I first started. Consistent 5.5% paid weekly. They even increased to 6%. Nice app

Don’t do it

So looked good initially. but don't be fooled. It takes 2-4 weeks for money to be ach in or out of your acct. There was only one option for investing. I initially put in $100. to try it out. Took almost 2 weeks for the money to be deposited into app. I waited a few months and didn't like it. I requested a withdrawal which took 3-4 weeks. While this was pending they instituted a $5.00 fee if acct is under X amount. They withdrew the $5 dollars which i was able to get refunded, but you guessed it another 2-3 weeks. I followed instructions to close the acct, but cant be done online. They want me to call in which I have done. No one ever answers. I leave a message and never get call backs. This was after multiple conversations online through chat to cancel acct. So save yourself the hassle.

Crashing app, measly returns

Overall I like the idea but for an app that crashes a good bit (every time I use it), for measly 5.5% estimated returns, and a “less known” company, you’re better off just going with the bigger players.

Scam

Lost some of my money. “Dividends” add them up over time add up to less money than you put in. They make it look like you’re making money but you’re not.
