It’s a great app

Easy to search, filter and set up alerts

Rooms for improvement

Been forced logout randomly even when I was in the middle of using this app. I’ve seen ur explanation under other reviews but this is far beyond that. Searching function needs some improvement, for example I typed in “loft” and then it only lists properties’ names begin with ”loft” but not in the middle.

Terrible!

Always crashing, unresponsive, slow to load and will open the wrong page you clicked on. What a waste of time!

Good idea, bad app

Love your site however this app is terrible. Crashes all the time or won’t load. Even the real state rep working for your company has issues. Please fix it. Thanks

Privacy

You have to give all your personal information.

Zero privacy!

I created an account with my email and phone number as without it you don’t have access to the pictures of the condos. From the day after, the realtors keep calling me and sending me emails with every single detail about my search on the app!! What about respecting people’s privacy???? Ugh

Nothing in Quebec

It’s a “.ca “ app but there is no condo at all in Quebec…

Lots of bugs

Constantly crashes or will not load. Touch ID login works 1/10 times. Does not save search filters.

Alright

I enjoy it because it helps me filter out property types that I’m not interested in (detached, semi detached homes), but I find that it doesn’t update as quickly as apps such as House Sigma. The “Pet Restrictions” are also not always accurate. I’ve come across some condo listings that claim to have pet restrictions only to find out that they do allow small pets. I really only use it because I’m focused on condos, otherwise I would use a different app. Update: This app drives me insane. So slow & always crashing. I’ve done updates and all my other apps work... so frustrated!!
