## Condri Description
When I was suffering from severe health anxiety, I couldn't find any apps that actually helped. Most were too generic or made things worse by reinforcing reassurance-seeking behaviors. I needed something that would guide me through daily practice in the proven, evidence-based methods — CBT, ERP, ACT and mindfulness. So I built Condri to fill that gap, for myself and for anyone else struggling with health anxiety, hypochondria, or illness anxiety disorder.

Condri is designed specifically for health anxiety and health OCD. It's not a general wellness app. Every feature is built around the evidence-based techniques that actually work for people dealing with somatic anxiety, fear of illness, and the reassurance-seeking cycle that keeps anxiety going.

I have used this app for a while now and it has improved my quality of life. By helping me through health anxiety struggles. It has all the therapy you need in one app. CBT therapy, exposure response therapy and meditation. The ability to talk to people who also suffer from health anxiety and you can track your symptoms. This app was created by someone who had health anxiety so this person knows how a person with health anxiety thinks and he learned how to combat those thoughts with therapy. It’s certainly less expensive than seeing a therapist and some therapist do not understand health anxiety unless they have it themselves and most therapist don’t. I highly recommend this app! It has helped me through very dark times.

### ***** "Excellent and evidence based"
This is a well researched and very user friendly app. It is clearly designed and uses evidence based techniques to help reduce anxiety. It also provides daily exercises and encourages users to continue to practice them. 
It is simple and easy to understand and has a great number of accessible tools to reduce free floating anxiety and to manage the worst panic attacks. 
I will definitely recommend it to my patients as a very useful adjunct to their treatment regimen.
