I was very nervous, but excited for this appointment. John Michael , the Clinician I saw made me feel welcome and comfortable. He was very supportive, understanding, and listened attentively. I felt like I was heard and throughout this meeting felt like I was not being judged, but accepted for who I am and where I’m at. Every single person whom I encountered from beginning the process of admission to actually having an appointment was very supportive, open, helpful, respectful, and non judgmental.
