## Confidence Journal Description
Confidence Journal: InnerProof helps you build self-worth from evidence, not approval.

Each night, answer four guided prompts:
- what you want to validate yourself for
- why it matters
- how it makes you feel
- why it would still matter even if nobody knew

The app helps you notice effort, courage, emotional regulation, boundaries, gratitude, and progress over perfection. Your onboarding creates a personalized profile around your real pattern: self-doubt, people pleasing, social anxiety, rejection sensitivity, body shame, family pressure, or perfectionism.

Features:
- 24-step personalized onboarding
- English, Romanian, and Russian
- nightly self-worth journal prompts
- mood picker
- local History with saved entries
- local Insights with streaks, triggers, identity words, and proof bank
- reminder before bed
- one free AI coach feedback
- premium unlocks more AI feedback, regeneration, and weekly summaries

AI privacy: your journal entry is sent for coach analysis only when you tap Get AI Feedback. Entries stay local unless you request AI analysis.

InnerProof is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support. It is a reflection and coaching tool for journaling and self-development.
