One small enhancement would be to extend the explanation on pelvic floor exercises, which whilst clear is rather female focused, and would be helped by broadening to include tips for men. -- westy_uk, 2023-03-12 ### ***** "Excellent info and signposting" This app is full of excellent information and signposting for families caring for children with a continence problem. Highly recommend. -- Nella1979!, 2021-07-09 ### ***** "Great self help info and advice for bladder and bowel leakage or incontinence" Easy to access info and support advice on prevention, causes, treatment and management of bladder and bowel leakage or incontinence. Lists support groups for adults, young people and children and encourages the user to seek clinical advice. There is a pelvic floor video which explains how our pelvic floor works and how to keep it in shape. Excellent app. -- Stewart107, 2021-06-21 [View all CONfidence reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## CONfidence Discovered Keywords -
