World class tool
Life at my company wouldn’t be the same without this tool
Failed to open
The app shows an error “Content didn’t load” on startup. There’s no way to logout/login or anything to try to resolve the issue.
App is incredibly buggy - barely works
The app doesn’t work for the majority of the features. If all you need to do is read content then it is fine but it by no means works as an editor
Poor functionality
The app can’t be used to access Cloud Files
Worse than the web UI
The web UI on your phone is a painful user experience, but it’s still better than this app. While there are some thoughtful design choices in the app, it fails at the task of being able to meaningfully edit pages. The editor struggles with even simple pages. It’s essentially unusable. This app smacks of something designed to put a check against a sales matrix of features rather than something genuinely designed to be used for work.
V2.32.4 forced update
This version was a forced update (you had to update to continue using the app), and yet the release notes made no mention of this.
Top page editing buttons not working in current version on iPhone
Everything was fine a few weeks ago. But now when I tap Publish, the link changes color but nothing happens. And when I tap X to close the page editing view, nothing happens.
Very buggy
Every time I try to edit a page it doesn’t let me scroll down further and just gets stuck scrolling over and over again. This has been the case for months, I wish they would address this!
Too buggy of late
I’ve been using this iOS app in connection with the browser-based app for about 3 years. Over the last 9 months, the iOS app has become so buggy, that I’m considering switching to Notion. I like to brainstorm on mobile, but page updates do not save consistently (serious formatting errors that require significant cleanup when back at the browser.) Just recently, the app stopped saving entirely on mobile. I’ve submitted bug reports, but haven’t heard anything back. Please Atlassian; I really want to like this!!
