This rewards aspect of the app will not allow me to log in.  I have contacted CS multiple times and have been told to:
- delete the app and download it again;
- check my IOS as it is an old version (clearly not the case);
- ask a friend to download it so that I can use it on their phone using my login details;
- download it again as it was updated overnight  (it was updated over a month ago).

Both the app and CS are a complete waste of time.
