## Congee Queen Group Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Ordering page not working"
The ordering page not working for me even after restart (cannot really shown locations to choose from, let lone ordering).
-- Rt_Bing, 2025-12-17

### *---- "空殼程序"
進去以後一家店也找不到，什麼功能都沒有。不知道幹什麼用
-- 日行一千里, 2025-10-23

### *---- "Price confusion"
The price is difference from the website, causing confusion to the customers
-- rddfr3423, 2024-07-04

### *---- "Cannot order through app"
Basically says that all the locations are closed. It’s 7PM on a Tuesday- they’re not all closed. I can order through the phone or Uber.
-- sunlightdaze, 2024-02-20

### *---- "Pics?"
You can only see tiny pics of the food, if you click on it the picture disappears. App as bad as their customer service.
-- nomenondisponibile, 2023-12-11

### *---- "Cant place orders"
Cant place any order because the app just crashes. There’s no point to this app if we can’t order.
-- JeromeGV, 2023-10-25

### *---- "App needs to be fixed"
Could not place an order for pick up. Option for pick up nor delivery are loading. After much waiting, it says “timed out”.
-- Sighty, 2023-08-17

### ***** "Wonderful"
Had dinner there the other night was a bit sceptical… however, dinner was absolutely amazing. Our meal arrived really fast. The only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t know you had to order on your phone- you have to scan the slip they give you and then place your order. Would’ve been nice if somebody had told us that to begin with. But the people at the next table were very helpful.
-- Whonow, 2023-01-01

### *---- "Disgusting restaurant"
The course of sweet sour pork with full of pork fat belly without meat!!! Really can not eat. I am so disappointed about this restaurant.
-- Sherwin 7, 2022-10-26

### *---- "Prepare to be disappointed"
Ordered through the app. After waiting for close to an hour, my order gets cancelled.

That’s how these guys operate. Frustrating.
