London Congestion Charge App allows for hassle-free and easy on-the-go congestion zone travel, charge tracking and management.

Be you a minicab driver, a delivery person or just an occasional driver - you’ll find this app tremendously useful for your everyday trips to downtown London.
One of its greatest advantages is fully automated workflow. The app tracks user’s location via the GPS, so there is absolutely no need to carry a notebook with you or manually fill in locations and times.

We are not associated with TfL, nor is our app connected to their systems. We cannot show you your entry/exit history prior to the installation of the app. If you are unsure about prior charges please call TfL directly as soon as possible

How to Use

The app uses your GPS location and is not connected to TfL. The main purpose of the app is navigation assistance so you can avoid driving into the Zone as much as possible and also to remind you about your possible entries, so that you can contact the TfL and make a payment. Please bear in mind that the app relies on your phone connectivity, so if you are ever in doubt about entering the Zone contact the TfL urgently.

When you’re out of the zone – the app will show the distance to the closest entry to the zone.
Just open the app and find out whether you are inside the zone or not. The green notification area in the bottom of the screen means you’re out of the zone, whereas the red one – when you’re in.
You’ll get a push notification each time you cross the Zone’s border – both on entry and exit.

Once located within a zone, users can track all their past entries in the journey diary and find charge listings inside, all collated by date. If you cross the Zone at least once, you’ll see a diary indicator. The app is aware of Congestion Charge Zone scheduling and tracks charges accordingly.

Length of subscription is 1 month.
Price of subscription is 2.99 GBP per month.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Enable landscape mode for iPads

Great app however the lack of landscape mode for the app completely ruins the experience on iPads. I want to be able to have my normal maps with this alongside but because it’s portrait only it default the orientation of the screen.

Dreadful app

The app constantly reverts you to your current location on the map whenever you return to it. So, if you’re jumping between this app and another mapping app this behaviour can be quite extremely annoying. It still does it when you have selected to pause tracking of your location. There is no search function within the app!

not too easy to use

Couldn’t find a way to avoid a £2.99 a month cost just to pay ULEZ!

My son’s car (low polluting classic Mini) triggered ULEZ He spent 10 minutes unsuccessfully trying to access his TfL account. After my attempt to access mine via browser was refused (it accepted the I d Code (why a code? Why not email address?) But told me my password had been used showing I was inputting right data) by changing password I got into my account. But I couldn’t find a way to make a one time, not auto pay payment. To avoid browser hassles I thought I’d use this App to pay. But it wants to charge me to do it! TfL = total rip off

Very good app .

Should be part of a sat nav.

Everything nice and working perfectly. However would be even better if u could plan your journey to avoid the congestion charge zone. Or if u would be able to see if your journey plan going across the zone or not. Like this u need to jump to the Google Map and back to this app to see if your journey is touching the zone. But is helpful as I can see if an address is in the zone or out. But as I'm mentioned the best best thing would be if this future would be part of a map. And u continuously see where is the zone and where are u. That would be really helpful. Thanks a lot guy anyway. This is a great product already.

Sent me a fine and I don’t use this service

I was fined for having this app, threatened with bailiff action so paid, as no mechanism to cancel, rip off Britain and a rip of London mare!
