But when I tried to sign in I got another short text message in the same area where the registered text saying “username not valid”. I am using the icons when I signed up to know what means what, because signing up it asked for nickname rather than a username doesn’t ask username. It asks for a nickname. There is no username there at all. But to sign in it asks for the username. I use the nickname by matching the icon next to the user/nickname. But this doesn’t work. I followed the instructions, worked well at times but is confusing because the app says my wi-fi is busy. I renamed the smart plug but it keeps reverting itself to its manufacturer code or serial number. This could be a bug. Please fix it devs. I really wanted to buy more of your products but it’s quite misleading.
