Issue with download of crew details

Recently due to some data privacy policy the app is no longer able to download crew details which is such an inconvenience. Been using Connect for many years and very happy with it till this recent issue.

Excellent customer service

I have been using the app for quite sometime. It’s pilot friendly and easy to use. The customer service is excellent as well whenever there is an issue they take positive action to solve the issue and also inform that the issue is solved. Keep up the good work

great service support still exists

i have been using crewconnect for the last 5 years before even the merge and now the newest merge with crew lounge. i had some issues couple of months back with the new crewlounge app and was upset about the “backward-moving” development. hence i did not continue my subscription at first. however, the team at crew lounge had emails sent out with concerns of why the subscription wasn’t continued and when i raised the issues i faced, they were willing to explore ways to contact me and fix a meeting time on whatsapp to discuss the problems. i had previous issues and encounters on crewconnect as well and they resolved them via a skype call, and now even more conveniently via whatsapp messaging. with a little time and patience, the app now works perfectly fine for me, with accurate syncs to my personal calendar, and we discovered other underlying issues which was resolved the following day as well which i felt benefitted the whole community using crew lounge. they also willingly extended my license to ensure everything was working perfectly fine and that really reassured me as a customer. thank you to the whole customer service and tech team. i look forward to continue using this app and would recommend it to others.

Bring back CrewConnect

Since migrating from CrewConnect to Crew Lounge. I have not been able to download the complete accurate roster every month. It caused so much inconvenience having to explain (the accuracy of my roster) to who I shared my calendar with. I have never wrote a review on an App. It is so bad and disappointing for me to start to write.

Great team Support

New app has had is share of ups and downs. But the same excellent team is behind the scenes responding to problems and fixing it as soon as the possibly can. Thanks guys and keep up the great work

Easy to use, with all the right information needed. More importantly, response to app support is very prompt, and developers always make sure whatever issues you might have is resolved promptly.

Absolutely a big fan of CrewConnect for the last 4 years. Came upon this app by chance, and has been a loyal fan. Every time my airline’s software goes through upgrading and CrewConnect is unable to download the roster, their Friendly help desk is just a click away. Many thanks to the entire team who has been helping to link up CrewConnect with my airline’s roster system every time it goes through an upgrade. Recently migrated to CrewLounge and I’m loving this app even more! It downloads the entire roster and imports to my calendar & now it even imports the entire set of crew’s name. Will recommend this to all my colleagues! 💪💪💪
