Way too many steps to unlock. With the new iPhone 14 and the switch to new camera sensors, the default camera can’t focus on close up objects (like the barcode you need to scan). The app needs to be updated to support switching to the new macro camera that can focus on closer object and can actually read the barcodes. I’ve change password, username, update my email and still nothing. I have checked my email even spam and nothing. I changed my password but I don’t think it did anything, and I can’t find that ability anywhere else. This is a big security issue and leads me to this review. But while I’m at it, the UI looks more like a webpage than an app, which leads to a poor UX. Have had nothing but difficultly sending commands/ updates. Should be streamlined and simplified to be user friendly and accessible. Commands never seem to be "sent" and are always in "processing mode."
