As above. The app never really worked correctly. Kept logging out while I was in the middle of viewing the scans, unable to remove cellular two factor authentication as it’s just utterly broken. What’s the point of setting face biometrics or passcode when it fails anyway then forces email and password?

Terrible app that the clinics are pushing on patients but you can’t even create an account because no links are sent by email or text. So then you have to send an email and go into a queue system for response! Thankfully I had asked for a disk with the results for the hospital.

It’s a great app when it works. Never had a problem with it until recently. Please fix the bugs as it’s saying cannot connect to server. I’ve tried deleting it and re-downloading, but still the issue continues. I’d like to have access to my own medical records.

I had a ultrasound today in Affida clinic in Naas today .
From arrival the receptionist was so professional , courteous and kindly spoken which is lovely in these trying times 

I have to say the consultant radiology was so professional in every way possible .
I work in medical field and I have to say I have never met such a lovely gentleman he was so polite , kind and most of all so progressional , he explained everything in such detail .
If every clinic had that kind of service it would certainly encourage more patients going forward to booking scans etc !!!
