Booked a teleconsult as I’ve been having diarrhea for 4 days. Booked an appointment with Dr Vivian & she was very nice. Received the medication in less then 2 hours. Also booked another teleconsult for my daughter having a fever with Dr Dawn & she did a very thorough checkup. Didn’t received my e-mc but chatted with their specialist, Priya & she resolved my issue on the spot. Thank you!
Used the app twice now and i love the convenience.
Service is excellent, medicine delivery is prompt, and convenient access to good doctors. Really rely in hidoc a lot for my children PD consultation, esp Dr Dawn.
Able to connect with my gp pretty fast, the singpass login makes it easier as the information can be retrieved directly.
I have some doubts on the medication application after the consultation and tried my luck to reach out via the support team. They responded within mins with the information. Really appreciative of their service.
The whole experience was great. Fuss free and i managed to see the doctor fairly quickly.
had some issues w verification and payment, but priya was quick to assist. very efficient customer service. app generally easy to navigate

Wanted to book a tele art for my departure and had problems with booking the day I wanted to. However the chat service was very efficient and helped me find and alternative. Her replies were almost immediate and very helpful.
