Device goes offline for days on end.  There is zero technical support provided by Bell after spending hours on the phone with them.  Software has not been updated for years.  Don’t bother with this piece of junk device and app

My device randomly stopped recording data one data so I bought a new one. 2 years later and I still can’t get the old device removed from the app. Worst part is if you call Bell Customer Service, not a single agent has ever dealt with the Connected Car app and no one, and I mean NOBODY, has any control over this app. So if anything ever breaks like it did in my case you are completely out of luck.

For a few months “Trip history” was not available. I called Bell tech support about it, then two days later it was fixed. Hopefully it’s fixed for everyone, if not call Bell.

Same issues, driving history stopped working.
Used to be able to access via web browser, when I talked to you last you told me it was a developer tool and shouldn’t have been able to access it. It worked better then your app.
I too have 5 devices and intended on 2 more but. It’s broken and the company that makes the product is un reachable. Bell cant do anything and Nomojo can’t/won’t do anything. Why sell a product ? 
I want my 1000.00 dollars back

Most importantly, for many weeks have lost the ability to see any driving history. I have 6 of these devices, and for over 2 years.  I reported this and “they are aware and are working on it”. Needs an immediate fix! Secondly used to be able to go on a web browser and login, apparently Bell is not supporting this option so you are limited to phones.....not even tablets!!!

From potential break-in alerts to Wi-Fi to DTC codes, this app is an incredibly useful companion to any vehicle. I’ve tested and used almost all the features now (apart from the DTC codes) and it performs well! Very happy with the service.
