## Connected Reviews in United States

### *---- "Unsatisfied"
I’m not able to make changes
-- yearta1, 2026-08-13

### **--- "Can’t Subscribe"
I love the app but it won’t let me subscribe and the app doesn’t do in app purchases so if I can’t subscribe I’ll just find another app 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
-- Michael Tallie, 2026-05-29

### *---- "Map location"
It is inaccurate with time and exact location.
-- skmer, 2025-03-20

### *---- "Worthless"
Hasn’t updated locations in months.
I tried everything, doesn’t work anymore.
-- SuperCaptain Dave, 2024-12-09

### **--- "Used to be great"
I’ve used this app for about two years. At first it was great I was able to keep an eye on my elderly mother and my brother who lives out of state. Now it’s hit or miss on the location, drains the battery super quickly, and has annoying blue banner at the top of the phone that gets accidentally hit and opens the app when I’m trying to do other things like delete mail in my email app. Overall I do not recommend this product anymore and am actively looking for another app that will hopefully fit my needs.
-- 5tardu5t, 2023-07-11

### *---- "Always runing"
Ever since the last update, this app runs constantly I clear my data and two seconds later it’s running again killing my battery
-- Baltzowmg, 2023-05-28

### ***-- "Good when it works"
The app is easy to use, and is great when it connects. Definitely needs some work via connectivity issues or enchantments. Price is fair, not expensive. Just would like to see it be more consistent.
-- Novel girl, 2023-05-04

### *---- "Glitchy"
I’ve been using the App for over a month and it’s been super glitchy. Sometimes it tracks and notifications work and other times for no reason it stops.
-- V1242, 2022-12-07

### ****- "Accuracy little off"
It shows my husband left home but he’s in bed next to me. It’ll do this several times or show I’m at work but I’ll be home or vice versa on his phone, other then that it’s a good app.
-- Hustlinmomma30, 2022-10-15

### **--- "Used to work well"
After this last update, it seems I cannot “see” my son any longer. For the last several months, every time I try to log on and see where he is.. his icon is all greyed out with no updates. The first year, this never happened. I don’t understand what is going on. If he is able to just “turn it off” then why did I pay for the upgraded service?? I don’t know what he is doing, but he has figured out how to disable it (and then blame it on bad wifi)… which I know is not accurate.
