## Connected Living by Sentrics Reviews in United States

### *---- "kills battery life"
Something about this app is destroying my iphone battery life. it uses 30% of my battery life in a given day. Please fix the app so it does not drain the battery.
-- bkg bkg, 2025-11-01

### **--- "I am lost"
How do I access the full calendar? This site is a mystery. I am pretty computer literate; I am not finding this ap to be user friendly.
-- Wendy from Bethlehem, 2025-09-05

### ***** "Comm. Facilitator"
Lots of good information. Would like to see more comprehensive search capability in community resources. Suggest incorporating Ai tools.
-- Comm. Facilitator, 2025-05-21

### **--- "incomplete activity info"
Activity info area does Not have enough room to explain where and when. Nobody available at your company in Customer Service! Inferior product.
-- Roselady 1217, 2025-05-20

### *---- "Disconnected!"
All of a sudden, I was disconnected! Now, no matter what I do, I cannot find my username, and therefore cannot establish a new password. Ridiculous!
-- Irony Rob, 2024-09-08

### *---- "CLC Chapel Oaks"
The app looks of, but the senior living facility has barely anything in it! Not very helpful!
-- 4eduKater, 2024-08-12

### **--- "A big mistake!"
This has got to be one of the worst apps ever. Aside from dining menus, the directory and the (sometimes incomplete) calendar, finding information is virtually impossible. Our community deserves a better-designed website. I was a designated cheerleader/ambassador for the site for its first two years, but have, in total frustration, given up that role. Our independent living director, the manager, is doing her best with what CL has to offer, but the app design makes it a near-to- impossible task!
-- tonitrobe, 2023-09-08

### *---- "Bad marks for CL"
Info is often wrong. No confidence in listings.

Order in bulletins is confusing. Switches back and forth on its own.

Generally it is better to use 918 or the sign on the piano to find out what and when things are happening at Applewood.
-- estabette, 2023-03-18

### ***-- "Modifications"
Move “Refresh and Logout” options to home page to make it more user friendly.
-- Paulwgee, 2023-02-23

### **--- "General comment"
Not kepted up to date. Info is not accurate.
-- Ron Kohler, 2022-11-07
