Getting constantly banned
I am getting banned for no apparent reason and lose all the chats that I made. And to appeal I have to pay premium!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous

First of all there’s no any way to contact a support team also my account got banned for no reason !!! after purchasing a promotion and stories views then they got my account back after the appeal click bottom from the ban and i lost my promotion and after weak the same thing happen again and this time says that i have only 1 appeal per month !!!!!

Bad app will ban you to pay for a membership
My account “zikoo522” is one of the oldest accounts on the app since 2017 but now it says that you banned me i don’t know why !!!! I never abused anybody & i guess i’ve never been reported !!! So why do you ban me just to force me to pay for the membership !!!
