Ho installa to questa app, collegato gli split piu e piu volte ma viene rilevata una temperatura interna totalmente sballata, ho 19 gradi e lui ne rileva 27, a volte anche 30. Contattato assistenza ma non sono stato piu contattato. Pessima esperienza.

### *---- "Problemi continui sul Wi-Fi e accoppiamento"
Una stella è persino troppo per questa applicazione inutile, tanto quanto i condizionatori “smart” a cui si accompagna. Gli split si disabilitano di continuo senza motivo, e senza una connessione Wi-Fi non c’è alcun modo efficace per ripristinarli, se non quello di doverli disaccoppiare e riaccoppiare. Un processo macchinoso, lento e assolutamente inaccettabile.

La configurazione è altrettanto frustrante: quando l’app prova a rilevare la rete Wi-Fi, ignora la maggior parte delle reti disponibili e spesso non trova nemmeno quella di casa, obbligandoti a rinfrescare più volte senza garanzia di successo.

L’applicazione è obsoleta, mal progettata e praticamente inutilizzabile. Gli aggiornamenti per migliorare il software dei condizionatori sono inesistenti, rendendo questa funzione “smart” del tutto superflua. Tanto vale acquistare un modello base senza Wi-Fi, perché alla fine non cambia nulla. Pessima esperienza e totale insoddisfazione.

Sull’app imposti un programma di avvio, ad esempio caldo a 26 gradi, potenza media. Ma poi si avvia all’ora stabilita con caldo a 21gradi potenza Automatica.
Qualunque programmazione richiesta parte sempre a 21gradi! Poi bisogna regolarlo ogni giorno! Ingestibile.

Ho 3 condizionatori e 7 splits. Per qualche ragione 5 si sono collegati benissimo ma
2 non si collegano alla app. Non riesco a capire come mai ne’ trovo istruzioni per resettarli. Ho provato a togliere la luce,ma niente da fare. Non riesco a completare il pairing. Pls help me!

App funzionale ma non estremamente intuitiva. 
Sarebbe utile permettere di personalizzare ogni dispositivo con nomi, foto, colori. 
Lo dico perchè ho più clima e sono tutti uguali sull’app e quindi devo selezionare le stanze dove sono con ovviamente perdita di tempo annessa. 
App buona ma migliorabile. Anche gli aggiornamenti a volte sono macchinosi.
