It’s like they never thought about how a consumer would use the app. Useless/rarely used functions take centre stage while everyday functions are hidden away at the bottom/or off the screen. Some functions are hidden behind the iPhone cutout or swipe line. Very frustrating and ugly layout. Do better

Software is basic could be so much more, after adding some rolling shutters I wanted to change them but couldn’t delete the ones already setup on the app, delete in configuration won’t delete them, so needed to delete app and start again, software needs lots of work.

### **--- "App is not well designed /  key functionality is buggy"
I’m writing this review to bring to your visibility a very annoying bug with the timed program functionality in the app. When I use the timed program functionally with the inbuilt sunrise/sunset time calculation there is a constant 12 minute error - the timed programs ALWAYS execute 12 minutes before they should. So, if I have a program setup to execute at sunrise it will execute 12 minutes before sunrise. It’s the same with sunset - if set for sunset it executes 12 minutes before sunset. For information, I am in Adelaide, Australia on ACST/ ACDT (not to be confused with AEST/ AEDT, which is Sydney).

2 years after first reviewing and still so buggy. Nothing had been done to fix it. Often doesn’t work with repeated errors and needs to be shut down and reopened to work with blinds. Frequent login issues. Most recently just wouldn’t open the app for 3 weeks as wife changed password on hers - no error, nothing, just wouldnt work.

This App really needs to be written for tablets as and not just for phones, as most people who have automated blinds have a tablet in the home that they wish to be able to open and close their blinds with via the app on a tablet rather than have to find their phone each time. 

It’s quite painful how you cannot change the orientation of the app and lock it in either portrait or landscape mode for a tablet. This should be a simple fix for an App developer.
